You've built five healthy habits. Today we're adding nutrition.

Coaches Brady and Ashley showed you a simple place to start:

Eat a protein focused breakfast.

Eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein oats, a protein shake or something else you enjoy can all work.

Even better, decide tonight what you're going to have tomorrow morning so you're ready to go.

What did you have for breakfast?

Post it below. Photos are welcome too!

This is also a great place to share easy high protein breakfast ideas with other CB+ members or ask Brady and Ashley questions about today's lesson.

You've been working on your mindset, sleep, hydration and daily movement.

Today we're giving your body a few minutes to slow down, loosen up and breathe.

Today's action:

Spend 5 minutes stretching and breathing.

Use the stretches Coach Jenn demonstrated and practice slow breathing as you go.

Don't worry about how flexible you are. Meet your body where it is today.

How did you feel afterward?

Check in below and tell us. You can also share your favorite stretch or ask Coach Jenn a question about today's lesson.

Time to get moving!

You don't need a hard workout today. Your action is much simpler:

Take a 10 minute walk.

Get outside if you can. Don't worry about your pace. Just get moving and pay attention to how you feel afterward.

You can also track your steps today just to see where you're starting.

Check in below after your walk.

Tell us how it went, share your step count, or even post a photo from your walk.

And if you have a question for Coach Tasha about today's lesson, ask it here.

You've worked on mindset and sleep. Today we're adding hydration.

Today's goal:

Aim for 8 to 10 cups of water today.

That's roughly 60 to 80 ounces.

If you normally drink soda or another sugary drink, try replacing one of those drinks with water today.

Did you hit your water goal?

Check in below and let us know how you did. You can also share any tricks that help you remember to drink more water throughout the day.

Questions about today's hydration lesson? Ask them here.

Day 2 is all about better sleep.

Coach Zach shared several ways you can improve your sleep, but remember, we're not trying to change everything at once.

Today's action:

Choose a consistent bedtime and wake up time that realistically works for you.

How did you do?

Check in below and tell us what sleep habit you're working on. If you have a question about something Coach Zach covered in today's lesson, post it here too.

And don't forget to keep yesterday's gratitude habit going!

Welcome to Day 1!

We're starting with something that comes before workouts, sets or reps: your mindset.

Today's action from Coach Chris is simple:

Write down 3 things you're grateful for.

They can be big or small. The important thing is taking a few minutes to stop, think about them and actually write them down.

Check in below when you've done it.

If you're comfortable, share one or all three things you're grateful for. And if you have a question about anything Coach Chris covered in today's video, ask it here.

We're glad you're getting started with us!

What went right this week?

Do 10 minutes of intentional movement today.

That could be a workout, a walk, mobility work, stretching, or practicing one exercise you want to improve.

When you’re finished, come back and comment: DONE ✅
You have until Monday.

Ten minutes may not sound like much, but action builds momentum, and momentum beats waiting for the perfect time.
